Abstract

The remote sensing ecological index is an index to evaluate the quality of the ecological environment, which is obtained through principal component analysis on the basis of 4 ecological indicators. Based on Landsat8 satellite data, this paper uses the Remote Sensing Ecological Index Model (RSEI) to evaluate the ecological environment quality of the Futuan River Nature Reserve in 2020. The index model is constructed based on four indicators: humidity index (WET), greenness index (NDVI), heat index (LST), and dryness index (NDBSI). The remote sensing image data is processed using ENVI software to obtain 4 Then, the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) is obtained through principal component analysis, and the evaluation and comprehensive comparative analysis are carried out in combination with each index factor. The results show that the remote sensing ecological index of the Futuan River Nature Reserve in 2020 is 0.639, and the overall environmental quality evaluation level is good. The vegetation coverage in the area is high, the biodiversity is rich, the soil organic matter is rich, the climate is suitable, and it is suitable for human habitation.
