Abstract

Introduction: Osteoarthritis is characterized by joint pain, mobility impairment, and cartilage loss. No therapy provides both symptom and disease modification. This study determined the anti-nociceptive, mobility, and histopathologic effects of inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX), soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), or both in a murine arthritis model.
