Abstract
本文对30例病理学证实的桥本甲状腺炎患者进行了彩色多谱勒能量图(CDE)检查,发现本病多表现为甲状腺弥漫性增大,实质回声不均匀减低,呈网格样改变,实质内血流丰富呈现火海征,血流速度高于正常对照组,但低于甲亢组.本文结果表明,桥本甲状腺炎彩色多谱勒能量图检查具有较高的特征性,能为临床明确诊断提供重要依据。
