Abstract
AbstractExcellent cold chain logistics services are the premise to ensure the safe delivery of some specific goods to consumers. Scientific and effective supply chain management can provide guarantee for efficient cold chain logistics services. This paper aims to build a scientific cold chain logistics supplier evaluation system. Firstly, the criterion system for the performance classification of cold chain logistics suppliers is given. Secondly, AHPSort II combined with trapezoidal fuzzy language sets is used to classify the performance levels of cold chain logistics suppliers in a fuzzy environment. Thirdly, an application example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method. Finally, some suggestions are put forward based on the evaluation results, in order to more effectively improve the level of cold chain logistics suppliers.KeywordsCold chainSupply chain managementEvaluationAHPSort IIFuzzy languages
