Abstract

Restoration of severely atrophic edentulous posterior maxilla with implant installation could be impossible unless, augmentation of that area was done. This study was made to evaluate augmentation of atrophic maxillary bone using beta tri-calcium phosphate (B-TCP) granules mixed with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) for sinus lift and then implant installation 4 months latter.
