Abstract

Plain balloon angioplasty (POBA) is the mainstay of tibial peripheral endovascular interventions (PVI). Stenting and atherectomy are increasingly being used, yet studies comparing the modalities are limited. We evaluated outcomes of POBA versus stent with or without POBA (STENT) and atherectomy with or without POBA (ATH) in treatment of infrapopliteal disease in chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) patients.
