Abstract

For optimal fertility testing, serum AMH levels are used in combination with other testing to provide a reliable ovarian reserve evaluation. The use of the ADx 100 card is widely commercially available for at-home reproductive hormone testing due to its reported accuracy(1); however, data demonstrating that its results are reproducible outside of a clinical setting are limited. Compared to the ADx card, the TAP II device benefits from less invasive needles and the ability to collect blood in a tube, rather than in desiccated and reconstituted form.
