Abstract
In recent years the number of APP users rapid growth, so the research on APP user’s satisfaction is particularly important.This paper makes analysis and research on the evaluation method of APP user’s satisfaction, in view of the different influence factors of users in the use of the APP, we put forward the evaluation index of APP user’s satisfaction set, and used AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index, finally we get the asessment for the APP user’s satisfaction situation through the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model.In the end of the paper, we can get a conclusion that the method is objectivity, practicability and accuracy.
