Abstract
After aortocoronary saphenous vein bypass surgery a simple and relatively nonin-vasive method to determine graft patency would be useful for evaluating surgical results. Early postoperative angiography would be the method of choice; most patients, however, are reluctant to have this costly and invasive examination performed. Following encouraging reports [1–7] with contrast-medium-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) in evaluating graft patency, the value and limitations of the method were studied.
