Abstract

Abstract The trial was conducted at the Arkansas Valley Research Center in Rocky Ford, CO, on seeded onions (cv. Mambo) planted in double-row beds at 36-in centers. Plots consisted of a single row, 20-ft in length, and were arranged in a RCB design with three replications. Treatments were applied 8 Jul using a CO2 compressed air sprayer delivering 24 gpa at 35 psi. Evaluations were made 16 Jul by counting all thrips on ten plants in the center of each plot.
