Abstract

In this report an attempt has been made to analyse how the energy acquired by the particles and by the surface of the samples which are being sprayed, influences their interrelation at the moment of their contact. We offer a model of the formation of coating as a result of the interrelation at the moment of contact of the particles and the samples (that is to say the surface for spraying). The above-mentioned model can be described by means of the equation of the balance of energy. According to the theoretical studies presented, and on the basis of experimental research it was established that major contributions to the attainment of the energy necessary for good catching are: the velocity of particles; their temperature and the preparation of the surface for spraying. Good catching itself is characterized by the energy of deformation of particles and by the parameters R 2 and K m (respectively, of the height of the micro-roughness of the roughened surface for spraying, and the cofficient of roughness of the surface).
