Abstract
The training of sports media professionals is a complex system engineering. This paper analyzes the new requirements for sports media professionals in the new media era from the aspects of personal quality, professional quality and professional skills, discusses the basic ideas of the evaluation of talent training system, and establishes the talent cultivation evaluation model framework by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The discussion covers the establishment of index system, the construction of comment set, the determination of index weight, the solution of fuzzy evaluation matrix, the calculation of comprehensive evaluation vector and the establishment of evaluation model.
