Abstract
Fuzzy neural network fully combines the advantages of the fuzzy system and neural network and has the abilities of Learning Association, recognition, adaptation, and fuzzy information processing. In the process of using a fuzzy neural network to model practical application cases, the key is a learning algorithm. In order to establish a fuzzy neural network model which is suitable for the evaluation of regional sports development levels, we used a BP algorithm, an RBF algorithm, a momentum gradient descent BP algorithm a and a PSO algorithm to train the fuzzy neural network model. The results show that the fuzzy neural network model of a PSO algorithm can better evaluate the regional sports development level.
