Abstract

A service-oriented network performance comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) was put forward in order to take account of users' preference and the actual network situation, and to solve the problem of the one-sidedness index weight calculation. According to users' preference, the model took application services as the guidance: firstly set up an evaluating hierarchy, separately handled the criteria weight and the scheme weight, then normalized the actual measurement data; finally obtained the application performance evaluation value of the target link by using the fuzzy AHP. The experimental results show that the proposed method not only can evaluate the whole performance of the target link, but also can effectively assess the performance of the network application services combined with users' preference, which is more favorable for achieving the differentiated service network.
