Abstract
It is becoming more and more important for the development of subjects to study the soft power,and it is essential to evaluate key subiect's soft power reasonably.This paper reviewed the theory of soft power,described the concept composing and evaluation system of key subject's soft power,and discussed the construction of evaluation model on key subject's soft power by Analytic Network Process(ANP).
