Abstract

The natural gas pipeline network contains a large amount of pressure energy, and the technology of using natural gas residual pressure for power generation is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction. However, due to the lack of an evaluation system, people underestimated the actual benefits of energy conservation and emission reduction, which limits the promotion of this energy-saving technology. Therefore, an evaluation method for residual pressure power generation technology is proposed, and key indicators such as output factor and operation coefficient are introduced, and the operation of the natural gas residual pressure power generation system is evaluated by quantifying conversion efficiency, technology readiness and advancement, operation safety and reliability and economic benefits, and finally a complete residual pressure power generation evaluation system is formed. In order to verify the accuracy of the evaluation system, the operation of the residual pressure power generation of a certain pressure regulating station is evaluated based on the evaluation method. It proves that the established evaluation method has good feasibility, and the evaluation method and evaluation system can better guide the promotion of residual pressure power generation technology.
