Abstract
In order to reduce the cost of automobile manufacturing, it combines with the improved multi-objective analytic hierarchy process (AHP), establishes a supplier evaluation system to make a choice of suppliers. Taking the procurement status of a specific company as an example, the rationality of the choice of parts suppliers is analyzed.
