Abstract

Community group purchase has been a neoteric and high-growth shopping model in recent years. Group purchase leaders develop their sociability and cooperate with group purchase platforms to provide residents with a convenient and low-cost shopping experience. In this study, we construct a comprehensive evaluation system for community group purchase platforms based on the operation process and the literature review. By extending the original operator, a new extended probabilistic linguistic power average (EPLPA) operator and weighted EPLPA (WEPLPA) operator for probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs) are proposed, which have excellent performance in interpretability and retain the extreme evaluation information. In addition, the WEPLPA-CPT-EDAS model is proposed on the basis of cumulative prospect theory (CPT) and evaluation based on distance from average solution (EDAS). A multi-attribute evaluation method for community group purchase platforms is ultimately formed. Finally, the whole process of the model is demonstrated with a practical case concerning the selection of a community group purchase platform, and the model is compared and analyzed to verify the validity.
