Abstract

With the great pressure on employment under current financial crisis, this paper presents hierarchical analysis theory to evaluate the correlation between the configurations of computer major course and employment rate, so as to improve the course configuration and enhance the employment rate. This paper analyzes three provincial colleges with different characteristics, dividing computer major course into four groups. Through different weights on enquiry and scoring by specialists, combining student ability, a comprehensive evaluation model is set up. YAAHP hierarchical analyzing is used to calculate the influence of computer courses on the employment rate, and the result is quite robust. Through empirical training could improve the practical ability and increase the competitive of employment. Maintaining and enhancing specialized course training is closely related to employment rate.
