Abstract
A combination of technological development and economic development are the factors that maintain the dynamism of an organization to its environment. Thus, the role of technological development should be considered as a vital factor and senior managers of economical firms should have correct understanding from the technological and capabilities of their organizations. Knowledge and awareness of the capabilities level of the technology can be successful factors in achieving competitive advantage. So, it is required to evaluate the technological capability of organization by using technological models and methods. In this article, we attempt to introduce the Technology Readiness Level Evaluation to investigate the technology needs assessment model (TNA) and its components and in order to evaluate case study, technology readiness level of Sorbonne Tarabar-e Khazar. The achieving results show that the company has been at the level of creative companies in term of Technology Readiness and perform quickly to improve its technological capabilities. According to this, the article offers suggestions for improving the current situation of the company.
