Abstract
Take a look at your communications to your employees. This includes your policies, memos, electronic communications, bulletin board messages, and other methods. Do your communications reflect the “feel” of the organization or do they reflect impersonal generic issues? Do they inform or repeat what is already known? Are they meaningful? But the most important question is: Do they encourage feedback?
