Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) is a tool used to measure the severity and gradation of dyspepsia. Infections, gastrointestinal motor abnormalities, brain-gut interaction, visceral hypersensitivity, inflammation, central neural dysregulation, altered gut flora are main reasons for gastrointestinal disorders.
