Abstract
Indonesia is a large country that is widespread with it’s islands and isa country traversed by the Equator, so sea transportation has animportant role to play in connecting one area to another, consideringthat Indonesia has a very wide ocean. One of the means of seatransportation that is widely used by the community is the ferry. Ferryis a type of sea transportation that can be used as passenger andgoods transportation using certain routes or routes. With theexistence of the Ferry port, it can increase the acceleration ofdevelopment in the area, especially Amolengo Village, KonaweSelatan Regency.The Amolengo ferry port is a port that serves the crossing ofpassengers and goods that connects the South Konawe mainland andits surroundings with Buton Island, where the destination port is Pureport. The quality of good service provided is one of the determiningfactors for the success of the company. The research method isarranged by interviewing respondents by answering the questions onthe questionnaire. The analysis was performed using ImportancePerformance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).The results of this study indicate that the consumer satisfaction indexon the performance of the Amolengo - Pure Ferry Port, SoutheastSulawesi Province is 84.6% and is in the range 0.81 - 1.00 indicatingthat consumers are very satisfied with the service quality of theAmolengo - Pure Ferry Port, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Indonesia merupakan Negara besar yang tersebar luas dengan pulau-pulaunya dan merupakan Negara yang dilalalui oleh garis Katulistiwa, sehingga sarana angkutan laut memiliki peran penting untuk menghubungkan suatu daerah dengan daerah yang lain mengingat Indonesia memiliki lautan yang sangat luas. Salah satu sarana angkutan laut yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah Kapal Ferry. Ferry merupakan sejenis angkutan kapal laut yang dapat digunakan sebagai angkutan penumpang dan barang dengan menggunakan jalur atau trayek tertentu. La Ode Ahmad Rasid, Irwan Lakawa, La Ode Musa Rachmat ditawarkan dengan menggunakan Ferry yaitu para penumpang yang akan menyeberang ke daerah yang dibatasi oleh perairan atau laut adalah kecepatan dan kenyamanan. Pelabuhan adalah suatu area daratan dan perairan yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas untuk berlabuh dengan bersandarnya kapal guna terselenggaranya bongkar muat barang serta turun naiknya penumpang dari suatu moda transportasi (kapal) ke moda transportasi lannya atau sebaliknya. Kinerja pelayanan pelabuhan Ferry Amolengo diharapkan dapat memberikan jasa yang lebih baik dan konsisten dengan tujuan memenuhi atau melebihi harapan pengguna atau konsumen. Acuan kepuasan pengguna adalah faktor penting dalam menyediakan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Dengan masalah yang sering terjadi dilapangan yaitu masih kurangnya pelayanan yang diberikan oleh otoritas Pelabuhan misalnya masalah kebersihan pelabuhan baik itu kebersihan area parkir pelabuhan, area rung tunggu maupun (mushola,Wc) yang masih harus ditingkatkan lagi agar dapat memberikan kenyamanan pada pengguna pelabuhan, masih seringnya terjadi pelanggaran pelayanan misalnya masih membeda-bedakan tiap penumpang sehingga ada sebagian penumpang yang harus mengantri sampai kurang lebih tiga hari di Pelabuhan, masih banyaknya calo di Pelabuhan sehingga penumpang dengan kendaraan tidak lagi mengantri di Pelabuhan sehingga ini sering menimbulkan keributan bahkan sampai menimbulkan kekacauan di Pelabuhan
