Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the CSE-UCLA evaluation of the implementation of spatial planning for the Kalibukbuk Lovina area as an attraction for resort tourism in the Province of Bali. This research was carried out in the Kalibukbuk Lovina area, evaluation activities will be focused on the components of the Needs Assessment, program planning, formative evaluation, Summative Evaluation. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people including domestic tourists, hotel associations, restaurant associations, PHRI, tourism offices, community leaders. Data Needs Assessment, program planning, formative evaluation, Summative Evaluation were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. To test the quality of the program used the T Bruning formula. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there is quality in implementing regional spatial plans in the Kalibukbuk Lovina area as a resort tourist attraction in terms of Needs Assessment, Program Planning, and Summative Evaluation
