Abstract
Technological researches and developments offer surgery with vitrectomy devices in a shorter time and reduced complication rates to the medical world. DORC (Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center) EVA (Enhancing Visual Acuity) ophthalmic surgery system is one of the modern devices of today's world with its unique Vacuflow VTi (valve timing intelligence) fluid control system, cutters that allow 16000 cuts per minute and LED (light emitting diode) light system. In addition to these advanced features, DORC company with EVA NEXUS provides the opportunity to increase the cutting speed of the cutters to 20000 cuts per minute, as well as the smart IOP (intraocular pressure) technology, which provides a more balanced intraocular condition during both phacoemulsification and vitrectomy surgery.
