Abstract

A scientific and efficient planning for charging facilities is of great significance to the healthy development of Electric Vehicles (EVs). Unfortunately, current planning methods are insufficient to utilize the historical charging data of existing charging facilities, which leads to a large deviation between the planning results and the actual requirements. Therefore, this paper puts forward multiple scenarios EV charging facilities comprehensive optimal planning method based on Markov transfer matrix. First, based on the historical charging data, the charging demand forecasting results are achieved by Markov transfer matrix method. According to improved P-center location model, the optimal planning method is subsequently set up considering queuing time cost of fast-charging facilities and solved by Genetic Algorithm. Finally, an example analysis is calculated based on the actual data of charging facilities in a province scenario. The optimization results show that the proposed model is correct and can effectively improve the utilization rate of charging facilities.
