Abstract
Background: Endoscopic treatment of bile duct stones in gastric bypass patients is a challenge. Current approaches involve attempts at deep enteroscopy with retrograde access or standard ERCP after surgical gastrostomy. However, these techniques can be technically difficult and increase the level of invasiveness. We describe a novel method involving EUS-guided anterograde interventions.
