Abstract
The article concerns the considerations of the solutions derived from the European Small Claims Procedure, which were reflected in the amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure of 4 July 2019 and gained importance in connection with the epidemic related to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Article discuss issues related to the closed sessions, written testimony, electronic correspondence and conducting a hearing with the use of remote communication means.
