English Abstract: This book is the translation Ukrainian with the commentary of first Pan European procedures in cross border civil and commercial matters - Small Claims Procedure and Order for Payment Procedure. Ukrainian Abstract: Перше видання, яке містить переклад українською мовою з постатейним коментарем положень двох основних законодавчих актів ЄС, якими врегу- льовано порядок розгляду й вирішення цивільних і комерційних справ транскордонного характеру в усіх державах-членах: Регламенту No 1896/2006 від 12 грудня 2006 р. про процедуру видачі Європейського судового наказу та Регламенту No 861/2007 від 11 липня 2007 р. про Європейський порядок вирішення дрібних спорів (з останніми змінами).
