Abstract
A new stage in the development of the integration process within the EAEU coincids with the deepening crisis in the global economy and actualizes the search for deepen economic and industrial cooperation. One of such mechanisms is Eurasian Company ‒ a special form of legal entities with the right to conduct financial and economic activities throughout the EAEU. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience of creating supranational companies in existing integration organisations and to determine the basic approaches to the creation of Eurasian Companies. The article discusses in detail the regulatory framework and practice of Societas Europaea operating in the EU, including the regulatory framework and statistical data on the activities; Caribbean Community Enterprises; interstate financial and industrial groups in the CIS. The rules of foundation, operating conditions, the main goals of creating regional TNCs and the degree of their achievement in each of the integration associations are analyzed. The author outlines the prospects for the Eurasian Companies development provisions regarding the status of Eurasian Companies for those enterprises whose activities can provide the highest integration effect; development of a special tax regime; providing opportunities for preferential financing. The research results can be used in the draft regulations on Eurasian Companies.
