Abstract
The readers of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Maga zine are aware of the existence of the European COST Action IC1102 on Versatile, Integrated, and Signal-Aware Technologies for Antennas, chaired by Dr. Marta Martinez ("VISTA," http://www.cost-vista.eu/). The action members organize two workshops per year to network and share their research activities. Recently, the decision has been made to introduce in every workshop a "Best Presentation Award."I think it is a good idea to share these best presentations with the Magazine readers, and I will try to bring upgraded versions of them to this EurAAP Corner. Following this introduction is the winner of the September 2013 Workshop, held in Ghent, Belgium, on September 25, 2013.
