Abstract
The interactions between two "platinum blues", obtained from 1-methylnicotinamide, and various nucleoside (guanosine, cytidine, uridine, and adenosine) have been studied by 1H and 13C nmr spectroscopy. The results obtained show that the interaction sites are identical to those usually observed for normal Pt(II) complexes, e.g. cis-Pt(NH3)2Cl2. [Journal translation]
