Abstract
The preparation of complexes involving copper(II) adipate and imidazole or substituted imidazoles is described. The results of thermal and spectral analyses are reported for the different complexes studied. The TG and DTA curves, and ESR and diffuse reflectance spectra are presented in this paper. For mononuclear species correlation between g iso values and the energy of absorption band are determined. The k 0 values are in good agreement with those reported by different authors for similar compounds.
