Abstract

The sexual dimorphism was compared in two rather distant species of Trichogramma with the help of thirteen biometrical characters of forewing, phragma, and hinder leg. A multivariate analysis shows that the two species present distances between sexes rather similar. The characters, considered as «no sexual» are, actually, secondary sexual characters ; for instance the females have a longer femur than the males while the contrary is true for the wing.
