Etika Bisnis Usaha Pesantren dan Kesesuaiannya dengan Prinsip Etika Bisnis Islami

Abstract

When we talk about ethics, what we have in mind are good habits, good attitudes and good customs. It teaches good behavior towards other people and the environment. Because ethics is a human trait that cannot be separated from it. In any case, definitely use ethics, including in business. Pesantren is an educational institution that teaches its students about ethics. They are educated to be human with noble character to anyone. The purpose of this study was to determine the business ethics of Islamic boarding schools and their conformity with the principles of Islamic business ethics. The research method used is qualitative, the research results are not obtained through statistical procedures with a case study of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ciomas Bogor. As for the suitability of the principles of Islamic business ethics at the Darussalam Islamic boarding school with the principles of business ethics in Islam, including: Unity, balance, responsibility, and accountability & trust. the development and welfare of the citizens of Darussalam. Based on the results of this study, the researcher can provide suggestions including: First, the pesantren business unit needs to improve the regeneration system at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bogor to improve and advance human resources in the fields of business units, education, and others. So that it can maintain the integrity of the pesantren. Second, improving the facilities and infrastructure of the pesantren to help make the activities of the pesantren better. Because in this case the facilities and infrastructure are very helpful in the progress of the pesantren. Third, this research is still far from perfect, so it is necessary for further development and research so that this research can be better.
