Abstract
The study on PX project’s "NIMBY" events in China is lack of view of ethics. By the introduction and analysis of the fruits of ecological ethics, it would be proved that modern anthropocentrism conforms both deontology and consequential theory, and could be the proper position of ethical review of PX project 's "NIMBY" events in China. According to Norton and Murdy’s statement, the thought constructing the specific standards of ethical review is proposed, and prescribes main contents of each specific standards , and it had concluded that it is not appropriate to construct high yield PX project (PX项目) in large territory on the present situation.
