Abstract

Ethical leadership influences how personnel acts in organizations because their leaders’ behavior is an example for the development of the various activities of companies. At the same time, corporate social responsibility is the commitment that companies acquire voluntarily to the development of society and care for the environment. This work aimed to establish ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility in banana companies in Los Ríos. The methodology was used quantitatively using the analytical-descriptive method with correlational analysis. The measurement instrument was composed of 12 items applied in 74 small banana companies, the reliability analysis performed was Cronbach Alpha, and the research results were analyzed from factor analysis.
