Abstract

Companies as an association of stakeholders have a great influence on society and the economy. If the company carries out ethical business practices, the role of community welfare will be greater. This study seeks to find patterns of ethical business practices of public companies in Indonesia. An exploration approach was chosen to extract information from 120 public companies in Indonesia regarding ethical business practices that were carried out. The results of the studies show that ethical business practices are implemented by being integrated into the implementation of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility to create a sustainable competitive advantage. The findings of this pattern of business best practices in corporations are very helpful for the development of business ethics.
