Abstract
There are three levels of ethical behavior: (a) macro, as presented in the Ten Commandments (the first four commandments are about loving God, and the remaining commandments are about loving your neighbor); (b) mid-range from Proverbs chapters 10–22, with a focus on being righteous or wise; and (c) micro based on industries’ or the firm’s code of ethics. Employees should be aware of the macro and mid-range for any employment opportunity and be knowledgeable of the ethical requirements of the industry’s or firm’s behavior expectations.
