Abstract: In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) significantly impacts societal norms, economic structures, and individual rights, establishing a framework for ethical AI governance emerges as a paramount concern. "Ethical AI Governance: A Global Blueprint" provides a comprehensive exploration of the principles, challenges, and strategies necessary for implementing ethical governance of AI technologies across the globe. This chapter delves into the universally recognized principles of fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy, examining their application in diverse cultural and legal contexts.
