Abstract
The aim of this work is to observe the distribution of keratin (ck) and vimentin (vim), staining according ABC sistem, in 10 dental folides and 10 ameloblastomas, fixed in formol 10% and embedded in paraffin, and try to find relation between normal and tumoral cells. In general, the cells showed the same behavior to antibodies against ck and vim. But the epithelial cells of dental folicles and ameloblastomas showed a different pattem against ck.
