Abstract
This article is intended results of o researching project, carried out at aviation division of Colombian Policie. The purpose was to perform a case study about air incidents and crashes in the improvement of manuals and protocols of security in aeronautic field that are being developed in Colombian National Policie.The product was developed under a research training context, reflective, participative, descriptive and improvement, thats way it was designed through qualitative investigation model, making an information tracking and documentary analysis, the findings show that air accidentality requires a special treatment in the aviation area of National Police, it's necessary implement strategies that allow reinforce air security with a special emphasis in prevention. Give that responsible authors are involved within the chain of providing service in aviation, such as the maintenance an o aircraft operation
