Abstract

The research presented addresses the consequences derived from the public policy implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic. The concern arises from the need to provide elements in order to find an effective way to treat unemployment, which should be done from a legal perspective where it is possible to rethink public policies with a view to promoting economic recovery and the transformation of development models, which can consequently generate jobs and, in turn, reduce unemployment rates. The documentary research method of the bibliographic type was applied, analysis of the doctrine and legal regulations were carried out, especially public policies focused on the subject of study and as a technique the use of secondary data.
