Abstract

The objective of this article is to understand how Para State has structured Secondary Education Curriculum since the publication of DCNEM - National Curriculum Guidelines for Secondary Education. This study was carried out by a documentary research, based on 761/1198, 078/2009, 191/2011 Resolutions and other official documents published by the Secretary of Education of Para State – SEDUC. The collected data reveals that due to regional diversity, precarious school infrastructure, and lack of qualified teachers, Law 13.415/17 hasn’t been implemented yet.
