Abstract

The research aims to describe the level of work stress of the primary teacher in remote work; the design is simple descriptive; the sample were 36 primary teachers of the Educational Institution the Liberators of America of the Ucayali Region, the sampling method was intentional; the research method is descriptive; results of the level of work stress presented by the teacher are: mental exhaustion dimension 61.11% present high level of work stress, depersonalization dimension 52,78% present high level of work stress and the dimension personal realization 97.22% present low level of work stress; conclusion, the primary teacher presents high level of work stress, both in the dimension mental exhaustion (exhibits traits of being emotionally exhausted by work demands) as in the depersonalization dimension (it presents attitudes of coldness and distancing); while, in the personal realization dimension, it presents low level of work stress (negative attitudes towards others, towards oneself, towards work and towards life in general). In general, the primary school teacher has a high level of work stress due to remote work.
