Abstract

This paper is concerned with an estimation of the voter transition matrix using programming methods. Thus, applying the Minimum Absolute Deviations (MAD) and the Restricted Least Squares (RLS) principles, the corresponding estimator has been determined, where the first one seems to be more efficient than the second.
