Abstract

Several simple equations are presented which can be used to estimate the thermodynamic properties of pure components and intermediate compounds from binary phase diagrams. The application of these formulas to the calculation of thermodynamic properties for BaCl2, AuSb2, Sr, Cu5Sr, and CuSr demonstrates that the method is feasible. Résumé A partir des diagrammes de phase binaires et de plusieurs équations simples qui sont présentées, les propriétés thermodynamiques des constituants pur(s) et des composés intermédiaires sont calculées. Le calcul des propriétés thermodynamiques de BaCl2, AuSb2, Sr, Cu5Sr et CuSr démontrent la faisabilité de la méthode.
