Abstract
Multilayer feedforward neural networks studied in the paper. Plasticity of neural networks is defined by degrees of freedom of nonlinear operator. Structure models of neural networks are proposed. Model is represented by oriented graph with weights of arcs and nodes. Analytical formulas for calculate degrees of freedom are obtained using structure model. The result are illustrated examples.
