Abstract

The problems of improving technological processes and energy efficiency of using equipment for the utilization of associated petroleum gas at existing oil and gas fields in Russia are considered. The ways of rational use of electrical equipment and technological installations at small compressor stations are proposed. An analysis of the operating parameters of compressor stations for gas transportation revealed low energy efficiency of using equipment due to a decrease in the volume of raw materials supply and a decrease in the efficiency of the installations. In order to optimize the operation of compressor stations of low separation stages, it is proposed to consider the possibility of changing the topology of the arrangement of systems by moving compressor units from existing facilities to newly commissioned ones, as well as to other existing facilities. As a result of the calculations carried out, the correctness of the proposed structural solutions and their validity from a technological point of view are proved. Examples of structural reorganization of compressor units operating modes at specific hydrocarbon production facilities are given.
