Abstract
Rent management of forest management in Ukraine is explored. It is substantiated that the relevant state policy in this area is conservative. The existing mechanism of this regulation does not comply defined reproductive and environmental functions exclusively fiscal. It is proposed to improve the basis for collecting rent payments on the economic evaluation of forest resources to enhance the incentive effect on forest users' activities.
